Hayley is a Chartered Engineer who spent the early part of her career working in design at Severn Trent Water. She has since spent 25 years working on canal infrastructure. Hayley has held a variety of roles within the Canal & River Trust covering project management, asset management, restoration of the Droitwich Canal and currently leads the national Design & Development team. The team are responsible for the design solutions used to repair the canal infrastructure. During 2024 Hayley lead the retender of the PSC framework that was awarded to Arcadis and Pell Frishman.
